Base oils bleaching

Millions of tons of used petroleum oils are produced every year in the world, most of which are motor oils. Today, the most rational method of handling such oils is their distillation to obtain new products. One of these products can be base oil, to which special additives are then added. They give oils specificRead More

Gas condensate polishing

Gas condensate polishing

The depletion of conventional light crude oil deposits and the growing demand for light-colored, low-sulfur petroleum products have sparked an interest in stable gas condensate. Gas condensate is obtained as a by-product of natural gas production. Sometimes, it is also referred to as “natural gasoline”, because it contains hydrocarbons within the boiling range of gasoline.Read More

Biodiesel polishing

Biodiesel polishing

The existing energy system is heavily dependent on the use of fossil fuels and supports a variety of industrial sectors, such as transportation, manufacturing, agriculture, and others. However, this system is becoming increasingly vulnerable due to a decline in reserves of non-renewable energy sources, an upward rise in prices for them, and the fact thatRead More

Oil Regeneration

CMM-6RL low-viscosity marine fuel polishing machine

The CMM-6RL unit from GlobeCore provides adsorbent-based polishing of low-viscosity marine fuels. It features six columns filled with natural adsorbent, which captures harmful impurities and retains them in its granules. The result is clarified marine fuel with reduced sulfur content, ready for use in diesel engine plants and compliant with environmental regulations.
Unlike traditional adsorptive methods, GlobeCore’s system allows in-place adsorbent reactivation by burning, eliminating the need for disposal. After reactivation and cooling, the adsorbent can be reused for fuel purification. The unit has a processing capacity of 0.45 m³/h, with sorbent reactivation taking up to 19 hours. Standard fuel polishing lasts 6 hours and consumes 1.5 kW/h.

Oil Regeneration

CMM-6RL dark heating fuel polishing machine

The CMM-6RL unit offers efficient and eco-friendly polishing of dark heating fuel. It features six columns, each with 150 kg of natural adsorbent that removes and securely retains harmful impurities and oxidation products. Passing fuel through the adsorbent layers results in clarified, odor-free fuel suitable for wider applications or higher-value sale.
The unit allows in-place adsorbent reactivation without removal from the columns. Adsorbents can also be reclaimed by burning and reused up to 300 times. The CMM-6RL processes 0.45 m³/h, with sorbent reactivation taking up to 19 hours. Standard fuel polishing lasts 6 hours and consumes 1.5 kW/h.

Oil Regeneration

CMM-6RL dark diesel fuel polishing machine

The CMM-6RL unit is designed for adsorptive polishing of dark diesel fuel. It uses six columns filled with adsorbents that remove aromatic hydrocarbons, asphalt-resin substances, and sulfur-, nitrogen-, and acid-containing compounds, restoring fuel clarity and performance.
The unit features an in-place adsorbent reactivation system, allowing reuse without removing the material from the columns. Adsorbents can also be reclaimed by burning and reused up to 300 times. The unit has a capacity of 0.45 m³/h, with sorbent reactivation taking up to 19 hours. Typical fuel polishing lasts 6 hours, consuming 1.5 kW/h.
